Freddie had just started trials at Rotherham United before the virus closed everything down.

He’s working hard at home to keep up his fitness and this one is a quick high intensity session.

WARM UP

5 mins keeps ups on each foot If you want to test yourself try the ones in the video where we keep balanced on one foot. 20 out-ins on each foot (1 touch out & 1 touch in = 1 rep) 20 drag & stops (a drag & stop = 1 rep)

MAIN SESSION

20 football push ups 20 football squats with 2 keepy-ups 50 samba toe-taps Do all of the above, rest for 2 minutes then go again.

Do 4 rounds in total.
