Foot-Tech on tour at Stocksbridge
We had a little trip over to Sheffield this weekend to work with Stocksbridge u9’s. We had a great time delivering one of our SAQ sessions (speed, agility, quickness) to a very talented group of players. This training is so much fun to coach and it’s amazing to see how much it helps children’s overall movement. What we learnt at Benfica
A once in a lifetime trip to visit and observe Benfica Academy certainly didn't disappoint. Foot-Tech spent 4 days in Lisbon at Benfica's Caixa Futebol Campus and we have learnt so much from one of the worlds most respected youth football academies.
